The AI chat feature inside Loocero is an informational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.

What Loocero is not

• Loocero is not a registered investment adviser (RIA) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state-level adviser registration regime.
• Loocero is not a broker-dealer, financial planner, accountant, tax adviser, attorney, or insurance professional.
• We have no fiduciary relationship with you. Nothing the AI says creates one.
• The AI chat is not personalized financial advice. The summary it sees is a snapshot of numbers, not the full picture of your goals, risk tolerance, tax situation, or life circumstances.

What the AI sees, and what it doesn’t

AI chat receives a pre-computed financial summary (totals, top accounts, top categories, active budgets and goals) plus the most recent ten messages from your in-browser conversation. It does not see raw transactions, full account numbers, or any historical context beyond the current session. It cannot place trades, transfer money, or take any action on your accounts.

Loocero does not store your AI chat history. Closing the tab discards the conversation. See our Privacy Policy §4 for the full list of what is and is not stored.

AI responses can be wrong

Large language models can produce confident-sounding answers that are factually incorrect, out of date, or misapplied to your specific situation. Verify every number that informs a real financial decision. Cross-check tax interpretations with a CPA or qualified tax professional. Cross-check investment commentary with a licensed adviser. Cross-check legal interpretations with an attorney.

Your decisions are your own

You are responsible for any financial decision you make. By using Loocero AI you agree that you will not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any investment, tax, insurance, estate-planning, or other financial decision, and that Loocero is not liable for losses or damages resulting from such reliance.
